Hi all
Due to the school holding a disco on the 11th April and all but 2 cubs saying they will be going to it, we have no alternative but to cancel
the cub session for that day.
The disco is also for Beavers but as more of them said they were coming to their session we will still open.
Scouts will open as normal
Obviously this now means that the all important camp form, and the balance of payment needs to be in by the 4th , which is next Thursday.
This also applies to anyone else going …

This is due to several difficulities:
The majority of the cul de sac is dropped kerb and residents do have the right to ask you not to block their driveways.
Several parents are parking on the cul de sac at pick up time, one even parks on the end of our driveway.  This is causing problems for the leaders running the Cub section getting in, often having to wait at the …

Welcome back everyone!,

We hope that you all had a great summer. As agreed at the AGM In July, we will no longer be sending out paper copies of letters and notices as a matter of course, several parents admitted that they do not read them and we want to cut back on expenditure on paper and printer inks etc. Therefore please keep in regular contact through our website www.the42nd.co.uk and our facebook page to ensure you are up-to-date with everything.

Seaside trip update: PLEASE READ

28 Jun 2018

Hi All
The trip to the seaside this weekend is still going ahead so dont panic! One slight change is the venue. We will now be going to MABELTHORPE instead.
This is because we have been advised that it is Armed Forces weekend in Cleethorpes and will be VERY busy. We made this decision to ensure the safety of all children on the trip
Nothing else changes; the cost, times etc remain as previously advised
Thanks
