Hello everyone! It is so wonderful to see so many familiar faces back , and a huge, warm welcome to our brand-new Squirrels joining the drey for the first time.
The first week back was all about finding our feet, making new friends, and getting comfortable. We did some fantastic activities, first up was activity sheets about who we are.
Then who knew biscuits could be so expressive? We decorated biscuits with faces. While we ice and decorated, we chatted about how we’re feeling—whether it’s the happiness of Christmas memories or a little bit of nerves about starting something new.
The Great Lego Challenge. It was the ultimate team work challenge to build a tall tower . Ask your squirrel how they did.
It was good to be back and we can’t wait for the rest of term.
