It was so wonderful to see everyone back tonight.
Tonight was all about reconnecting, and we were especially excited to welcome our newest members to the group. It’s great to have you with us.
We kicked off the evening by catching up on our holiday adventures. From chocolate eggs to family outings, it sounds like everyone had a busy and fun-filled Easter.
Our main activity for the night was making Wooly Bunnies pictures. It was fantastic to see everyone’s creativity in action.
They certainly made for a cute picture to take home.
We rounded out the session with some high-energy games that got us moving and smiling
Bug in a Rug: a firm squirrel favourite.
Traffic Lights: There was plenty of sprinting (and sudden stopping!) as we raced, danced and slow walked to follow the “Red,” “Amber,” and “Green” commands.
Find an Object: A fast-paced scavenger hunt that proved just how quick-thinking our members are.
Thank you to everyone for making it such a brilliant first night back. We can’t wait to see what the rest of the term brings, hopefully next week we will be having a camp fire. Fingers crossed for nice weather
