We’re reducing our waiting list, but it’s staying closed a little longer. Next review: September 2026
We’re making progress.
Over the past few months, we’ve been working hard to reduce the number of young people waiting to join our group. Thanks to the dedication of our volunteers and the careful planning of our leadership team, that waiting list is continuing to come down.
Because there are still young people waiting for places, we’ve recently reviewed the situation and decided to keep our waiting list closed for a little while longer.
We know this may be disappointing for families hoping to join us, but keeping the list closed for now allows us to focus on giving every young person already on the list the best possible opportunity to start their Scouting journey.
We’ll carry out our next review by the end of September 2026 and will provide a further update as soon as a decision has been made.
