Cub and Scout Camp – Walesby

We have now finalised our booking for this year’s group camp which will take place on the weekend of 17th – 19th June 2022.
The camp is open to all Cubs and Scouts and everyone will be accommodated in readily erected tents with bunk beds in them, own sleeping bags and pillows etc will be required. (a full kit list will be sent to those who sign up for the camp, nearer the time)
The cost of the camp, which includes all food and 6 hours of activities led by fully trained instructors, will be just £60! This is due to our being able to take advantage of a really good offer that Walesby has provided.
Parents will be required to drop off and pick up their own child, or car share. We will not be providing transport, as this would raise the cost of the camp considerably.
Letters with Return slip will be handed out on 06/01/22.
To be able to take advantage of this offer we need numbers as soon as possible, so we ask that you complete the slip below and return it to book your child’s place NO LATER THAN the 20th January, along with a £10 non refundable deposit
PLEASE NOTE: IT IS IMPORTANT THAT THE SLIP IS RETURNED AT THE SAME TIME AS PAYMENT IS MADE TO AVOID ANY CONFUSION.
