Hi All
We have had a complaint from one of the neighbours about parents waiting for beavers, cubs or scouts stood at the end of his drive smoking and then throwing the discarded cigarette onto his drive.
Could we politely ask all parents to refrain from smoking while waiting for their child and if this is not possible, please take all cigarette ends home with them.
